The Highlander Survival Bag is designed as a last resort for sleeping in the outdoors, used as a protective cover, simply pull the bag over your sleeping bag and the survival bag will protect you from the outside elements. Alternatively the Survival Bag can be used as a temporary shelter using the bag and bungee cords or branches from trees. This will form an effective shield against the wind and rain that will in turn keep you warm and prevent in extreme cases hypothermia.
